The Artist

Born in 1986 in Philadelphia, Stephanie is an artist of the generation that emerged in the wake of the influence of Gabriel Orozco and Francis Alÿs. Although during that decade she was more inspired by Eyvind Earle and Lisa Frank. Studying art in Boone, North Carolina she refined her landscape skills by using the scenery around her.  The mountains, valleys, trees and flowers that surround Boone was a natural inspiration for the aspiring artist.

Stephanie moved to Northern California in 2008. While her themes remained consistent, a change in style, however, evolved. Her landscapes are now inspired from a different coastal climate. Stephanie has recently moved from California back to her home state of North Carolina. She is living in downtown Raleigh with her family of three.

Stephanie’s work can be found in myriad of public and private art collections both in the United States and abroad, and has been showcased in a number of galleries. She has produced thousands of prints of her originals that she exhibits at festivals and stores across the country.
